MCA-T has awarded contract to UWP Consulting Company from South Africa to carry out review and updating of detailed design, cost estimates, Environmental Impact assessment (ESIA), Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) and preparation of tender documents for upgrading of Peramiho Mbinga road 78km.
In the picture below MCA-T Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bernard Mchomvu and Director of UWP Consulting Company, Mr. Peter Morrow signing a contract to mark the beginning of the assignment.
The function took place on 31st March 2009 at MCA-T Office in Dar es Salaam. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Dr. M.C. Kalemani,
MCA-T General Counsel and Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Zanzibar) Mr. Ahmed Rashid.
